Grants power and strength.Let's the user break small genjutsu.The user can only do ice jutsus when the substance they use was originally ice so they can';t turn water to ice.Obtained automatically when activated by leader in battle.

IFE Level 2

Grants the user the power to turn water to ice.The user can see through genjutsus at an average level.250 posts and in battle with leader.

IFE Level 3

Grants the user the ability of both previous eyes and they can revert ice back to water.Can see through strong genjutsu and can see things in heat seeking/night vision style.Can perform lots of genjutsus and can be used to summon.600 posts and near death expirience with leader

Bloodline Creator-Me

Clan History-This Bloodline was discovered when a great shinobi started just manipulating water out of the blue.Then they found out that his eye was linked to his abilities.As the grat shiobi got stronger his eye kept evoving making him more precise and stronger.As the shinobi got older his eye stopped evolving.He realized that there was only three levels of that magnificent blooline.Everytime he exerted chakra while swimming he ould turn the water into ice.As he got older he found out a way to revert it back to water.Soon he named the eye and named the clan after his lost brother,Alano.He got the name Ice forge eye from being able to make magnificent ice shapes and forging them like a blacksmith.
